Do you want to feel better?

For the longest time, all I wanted was to feel better. I had everything I NEEDED and some of what I WANTED, and yet I was so unhappy on the inside. I really believed that if I could just get to a certain level in my profession, or if I could reach a certain level of trust with my significant other, or if I had lots of money in the bank, then I would be happy.


Guess what, friends?! Your happiness, and even your sadness, does not come from external things (things OUTSIDE of yourself). Your happiness and/or sadness comes from within you, and the best news about that is that YOU get to control how you feel. You literally have a choice as to how you want to feel, and understanding this has made a significant difference in my life and in the way I feel. I want to share this knowledge with you so that you can start feeling better and start living your best life!
